Information for patients :: Registration
Following the registration by your doctor, you will receive an entrance form and a questionnaire. Please return the completed form, the questionnaire and a copy of your insurance certificate (if applicable), either by post or fax. This should be done as soon as possible in order to clear the formalities with the insurance company. These formalities have to be completed before your stay in the hospital, or a deposit will have to be paid.
Please note that smoking is not permitted at any place (included the balconies and terraces). Our hospital is a smoke-free zone.
