The date of discharge from the Hospital will be determined by your doctor with the information of the nursing staff.
Before you leave, please inform your responsible nurse and the reception.
Ensure, if you are a patient at the outpatients Hospital that you are accompanied to and from your home. According to law a patient is unfit to sign any agreement or to drive 24 hours following an anaesthetic.

Please vacate your room before 12.00 at the latest, so that we can prepare it for the following patient.
